Duties and Responsibilities:Could you join our Receptionist team looking after bookings for our Hotel Lodges and Campsite?
To work as part of the hotel team to deliver a first rate guest experience through the focus on selling and the delivery of market leading customer service. To render a professional reception service to guests whilst maintaining the administrative functions in line with the hotel requirements.
Job Requirements:If you join our friendly team you'll gain expert knowledge about the facilities we offer and you'll have the chance to be at the heart of our Hotel.
This role has lots of variety as it includes Hotel lodges and campsite reception duties. These include taking bookings from guests for hotel lodge stays, campsite and the huge range of activities we offer.
Required essential experience skills and qualifications:You'll need to be versatile as you will be at the central point of information. You'll also need great numeracy and computer skills along with the desire to provide a great guest experience.
