Description

We have a fantastic opportunity available for the role of Proposition Growth Executive, supporting the Proposition Growth Lead. This role will be supporting the growth proposition team in helping develop emerging successful customer experiences and services into scalable propositions that deliver substantial shifts in customer satisfaction and revenue potential in £10 Millions - £100 Millions. 

You will identify the factors that are driving the success of the new proposition to date, scan the market for comparable offerings, and support in building the blueprint to scale the operation up. 

You will support in nurturing new products, service and experiences, using entrepreneurial, agile and startup growth thinking, you'll play a key supporting role in bringing together the cross-functional talents to grow from a few thousand customers to potentially millions. 

You'll work with cross-functional Partner colleagues to grow a differentiation proposition for customers, whilst having a strong appreciation for what makes an operational and commercial success. 

You will play an important role in your team in taking the proposition to a scale where it becomes a 'business as usual' product or service category that could be at the heart of our future business.

 

What will you be doing?

You will have good commercial experience and knowledge as well as customer focus and be responsible for helping drive the next level of growth for priority customer propositions.

Act as a go-to, driver and subject matter expert of the defined proposition, so that it's key customer benefits and features remain 'true' as it scales up.

Build effective relationships with key stakeholders across the business working collaboratively to develop propositions, share information and land projects successfully.

Prepare business cases working effectively with the Proposition Growth Manager, Finance and wider stakeholders to ensure the robustness of such plans. You will support the delivery of business case proposals.

Help create blueprints to scale up emerging propositions.

Work closely with cross-functional squad teams, and support Partner colleagues to deliver unique customer experiences.

Employ 'test and learn' approaches to iterate experiences.

What you'll have:

  • Highly numerate and analytical; Ability to analyse information/data from a range of sources to help outline opportunity and guide decision making

  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and team members to reach common goals and develop strong working relationships throughout the business

  • Customer focused approach with an understanding of key customer success metrics

  • Qualifications or professional experience of project management, finance and/or creating new products,services, ventures or businesses at scale 

  • Wide cross-functional stakeholder, collaborative project and programme working experience 

  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and team members to reach common goals and develop strong working relationships throughout the business

  • Highly organised and an ability to multitask and prioritise

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Qualifications or professional marketing, operations or business administration

  • Experience working in agile and cross-matrixed organisations

  • Experience in the retail sector
