Duties & Responsibilities

This role will focus on developing our proposition that will not only allow us to attract and recruit our people, but also consider how we strategically resource the Partnership, allowing us to retain a talented workforce that will be crucial to the Partnership's future success. This means you will spend time developing our policies, standards and assurance cycles alongside thinking innovatively about what else we might need within our proposition to ensure our employment offer remains competitive.

Job Requirements

The requirements for this role include, but are not limited:

● Actively investigate external and internal trends, best practice, risks and opportunities for the proposition area, gathering and synthesising feedback. Complete gap analysis for current and future propositions, define change demand.
● Develop plan for relevant proposition area at an enterprise level, drawing on understanding of the organisation. Integrate proposition plans within the whole proposition
● Sign-off high level system requirements and procedural guidance to support the proposition
● Own development of end to end process for defined area. Actively seek ways to simplify proposition. Assess impacts of stopping proposition
