Duties & Responsibilities

We are currently looking for Project Managers who can balance delivery priorities around People, Process, and Technology with the right application of governance, planning and risk management, all within a flexible and complex environment.

You will also need to be a trusted and credible leader, providing strong influential leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are well led, motivated and have clear objectives.

Job Requirements

- Accountable for the successful management and delivery of multiple projects from conception
through to implementation. The nature of these projects will be of a medium level of complexity,
with proven technology.
- Build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders across different functions at all levels, holding
them to account for the completion of agreed and planned activities.
- Support the project governance structure by providing project data in a timely and coordinated
manner, ensuring that the delivery framework is followed.
- Effectively communicate the status of projects to key senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate multiple project workstreams to ensure that they are operating effectively and delivering
to time, cost and quality.
- Accountable for managing and reports of project finances at a detailed level. This includes being
responsible for the full budget of each project.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

- Essential experience of Project managing multiple projects across People, process and technology.
- Demonstrable track record of end to end delivery of complex projects (budgets in excess of £500k),
with multiple work streams.
- Experience of managing a team consisting of internal and external resources, including building and
managing 3rd party supplier relationships.
- Experience of working within a structure governance framework.
- Proven track record in project and team leadership skills.
- Clear understanding and managing of risks, including cost control practices.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to inspire and influence
teams and senior stakeholders.
- Able to manage ambiguous situations and setup a project to enable a predicted, trusted, confident
delivery.

Required desirable experience skills and qualifications

- Recognised Project Management certifications are desirable.
