The role of Product Quality Assurance Coordinator is to support the effective and
efficient deployment of the Product Quality Assurance programme. Enabling Waitrose & Partners
to manage product quality incidents and support in continually improving our product quality to
ensure we meet and exceed our customers expectations.

Job Requirements

This would suit someone who has a passion for Waitrose & Partners products and ensuring their quality
on a day to day basis. Organisation and basic cooking skills are required to coordinate Product Quality
Improvement panels, it's also important that you are able to taste a wide variety of products. This would
be great for a someone who is keen to enter into the area of Product Quality Assurance or Technical.
You may have worked in another retailer in a similar role or within manufacturing as part of a quality
assurance team.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

Food Science / Food Technology / Quality Assurance Systems
Sensory Evaluation
Some experience of Quality Assurance Systems including sensory evaluation.
