What's the role about?

We're looking for a Process Performance Senior Analyst to join us on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. In this role you will play a key role in delivering radically simplified end to end processes. Your business analysis skills will be stretched to identify opportunities, provide insight into the efficiency and effectiveness of the Partnerships end to end processes and support prioritisation of activity using data.  You will work across multiple areas of the Partnership requiring you to gain knowledge quickly and use your excellent business analysis skills and experience along with strong communication and influencing skills to support stakeholders to make data and evidence based decisions. 

Please note, this role can be based at any Partnership location. The current team work in various locations such as Victoria, Hamilton and Didsbury.

What will you be doing? 

  • Using your broad range of business analysis skills to identify and eliminate process ambiguity and complexity.

  • Ensuring that our processes and process disciplines are clear, simple and well understood, making operating and changing the business lean, simple and fast.

  • Working with the relevant process leads and stakeholders to support process ownership and performance management. 

  • Collaborating with other functions and teams as required to achieve the desired outcomes. Will include Operating Model, Tech & Change, Data & Insight, Organisational Design, People, John Lewis and Waitrose.

  • Supporting the delivery of a business wide Process performance framework with other functions which uses data and process mining to track and  identify variation within the Global processes.

  • Delivering recurring and ad hoc data analysis to support decision making, prioritise profession activity and benefit tracking for profession led projects .

What you’ll have?

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills with experience of driving data-driven decision making through clear and accurate visualisation of complex data. 

  • Demonstrable experience applying robust analysis to show data-driven conclusions and recommendations to enable quick decision making and support prioritisation of value add activities.

  • Ability to shape complex data from multiple sources, into clear and actionable stories, presenting analysis and visualisations in clear ways to deliver complex tactical and strategic recommendations to enable business leaders to make key decisions.

  • Produce accurate, credible and robust analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data ensuring processes are well documented and any risks or assumptions are communicated and mitigated where possible, demonstrating a solid understanding of inputs and outputs

  • Able to prioritise effectively and work on multiple projects at the same time.

  • Experience of using data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Tableau CRM, Power BI or similar 

What else can you bring?

  • Experience in process improvement using a recognised methodology (Six Sigma / DMAIC, Lean, Agile, Automation, Process Engineering, Knowledge Management, Service Design)
