Please note - The role is based in Victoria or Bracknell but travel will be required to both Bracknell and Victoria on a weekly basis and across Partnership on a regular basis

Internally this role is known as Lead Portfolio Analyst, Group Change.

Duties & Responsibilities

The John Lewis Partnerships centralised Group Change & Productivity function is growing, with further Partnership wide portfolios being added to its remit.

For this reason, we are looking for a Lead Portfolio Analyst - with primary focus on Dependency Management and Portfolio Planning to work alongside our other Lead Portfolio Analysts, providing analysis, insight on Strategic alignment, and the feasibility and performance of the Portfolio.

Job Requirements

The role holder will be accountable for Portfolio prioritisation and alignment of initiatives into a deliverable and balanced portfolio.

You will own and maintain the overall Group Change Portfolio high level plan including:
- Level 0, 1 and 2 milestone views and road maps
- Dependency matrix and contention plan

Support Divisional Boards and Executive (ExCo) by managing and tracking Portfolio plan and dependencies to ensure Portfolio capabilities and benefits and progress alignment to strategic goals and KPI

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

> At least one of the following qualifications:
- PPM - MoP, P30, MSP, MOR
- Project Management - PRINCE or APMP
- Finance - CIMA, CIPFA, ACCA
> Defining, building and maintenance of complex models /reports to support 'best in class' Portfolio management function.
> Demonstrate strong management, including building and managing 3rd party supplier relationships and matrix relationships.
> Confident management of high degrees of complexity, ambiguity and changes of business focus
