35 hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm on a rota basis. To include 1 in 10 Saturdays on a rota basis.

This is a secondment/ fixed term contract until April 2019

Duties & Responsibilities

Do you thrive delivering excellent service within Personnel? If so, we have a variety of secondments available within the JLP Personnel Service Centre; a centralised operation providing a wide range of advice and administration on Personnel issues within the Partnership.

Job Requirements

The role of the Personnel Services Adviser is to provide an excellent service on a wide range of personnel tasks and activities in line with the Partnership's policies. Working with systems to update personal records accurately and handle queries via phone, email and service requests in line with the SLAs. We are looking for a candidate that will be a self motivator with strong numeracy skills with a strong focus on customer service. Please note: this role is subject to pre-employment screening.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

Proven experience of working within an HR/Customer Service capacity is essential (for shorter length of secondment, HR experience is essential) and ideally working with CRM management tools and processes. Previous customer service experience with excellent verbal communication skills and good working knowledge of a range of IT systems (e.g. Oracle HR/Partnerlink, Word, Google etc).

Problem-solving skills will also be desirable. An NVQ or equivalent in shared services administration would be advantageous
