Duties & Responsibilities

We are recruiting for a Pension Specialist to join our Pension team in Victoria. In this role, you will support delivery of all changes to processes and procedures driven through changes in policy, systems or administration practices. You will be responsible for the updating, maintenance and quality of data held for the purposes of administering the pension scheme.

Job Requirements

As the Pension Specialist, you will be accountable for:

- Delivering all changes to the existing pension operations business as usual processes raised in the context of efficiency and automation improvements.
- Supporting Pension Operations small change projects driven through regulatory or Partnership changes to ensure that they are completed with all required timescales and budgets.
- Ensuring that data held by Pension Operations is accurate and of such quality as required by both regulatory requirements and office standards.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

- Some experience in managing teams of Pension professionals
- Excellent understanding of all matter to do with running DB and DC Pension Schemes

Required desirable experience skills and qualifications

- Pension qualification such as APMI
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at grade C or above
