About the role

Are you ready to take on a brand new role as an Oracle Financials Senior Functional Analyst for system transformation in the Finance & Procurement (F&P) domains? This unique position involves functionally designing and implementing major system deployments and cloud adoption, supporting the F&P chapter of the Partnership plan. 

Key responsibilities include providing functional supervision and execution across multiple technologies on various F&P projects, with a particular focus on Oracle Financials. This will include requirement gathering, documentation, design, proof of concept, build, test, deploy, performance, security, and support; this role demands a wide range of skills. Expertise in accounting practice, procurement and risk, treasury and VAT is required to create practical business and technology solutions.

This role manages F&P functionally across diverse technology stacks including Oracle Financials, Coupa and Didos.

Essential skills you’ll need 

● Strong Oracle Financials Senior Functional Analyst, having managed functional reform of a large enterprise ideally including cloud adoption, in either the A2R, O2C or S2S domains, with business, change & functional expertise

● Expertise in Oracle eBusiness Suite schema. Comfortable acting in a techno-functional hybrid role

● Experienced in providing functional options for business plans, business cases & exception reports

● Senior experience of design, build & test phases

● Experience managing across multiple technologies on more than one project

● Expertise in designing for performance, security & supportability

● Matrix Delivery Management

● Knowledge of Accounting Practice, Procurement & Risk, Treasury & VAT

● Financial Control expertise

● Process mapping / metrics definition

● Experience of running database queries
