Full Time and Part Time hours all to include at least 1 day working at the weekend on all rotas. 37.5 hours per week.

Duties & Responsibilities

Within this Operational role you will be responsible for ensuring the Branch can maximise sales by ensuring outstanding on-shelf availability, whilst delivering inspirational merchandising of stock and excellent Customer Service. You will be required to work productively to deliver a range of tasks ensuring efficient management of stock across the branch.
The remit of this role covers a variety of Operational duties across the entire Branch, making it an interesting role with a choice of career paths. The stock journey starts with receiving stock at the back door, involves making commercial decisions to manage our stock, and goes all the way through to delivering high standards of Brand execution when Merchandising on the shopfloor. All these duties are to be performed while complying to operational processes to ensure a right first time culture, with an awareness of individual responsibility for health and safety at all times.
There are elements of direct Customer interaction, whether in our Collection Points or when working on the shop floor. You will be a brand ambassador, engaging customers and offering informed and courteous service where required.
The role requires a flexible approach as you may be asked to support with any tasks across the remit of the role; there may also be times when you will be supporting the Selling floor and other areas of the branch to meet the business needs. Required desirable experience skills and qualifications
Previous experience in a stock handling or merchandising role.
