What you will be doing:
You will help to facilitate inductions of both Partners and Agency operatives to ensure understanding of role requirements, implementing high levels of training standards that reflect the ethos of the Partnership and ensuring consistency in that training across the whole of the RDC.
You will support and facilitate the management team with regards to all mandatory training elements for Partners ensuring that records are completed accurately and within the required timescales.
You will work with line managers to aid Partner Development through cross-training, providing coaching and feedback where appropriate, attending regular communication meetings and communicating any operational issues to the management team.
You will take ownership of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ensuring that they are up to date and a true reflection of operational activity.
You will ensure all Legal, Health and Safety legislation and Operational procedures are adhered to at all times ensuring the safety of others, including reporting injuries, accidents and any Health and Safety issues.

To train and coach Warehouse Partners, including agency and other nominated individuals, in the operational requirements to complete their roles successfully. Adhering to all Legal, Health and Safety and Operational procedures and conduct themselves accordingly to all the Partnership principles.
