Duties & Responsibilities

We're currently recruiting for a Online Account Executive to join our exciting, vibrant and fast-paced team on a permanent basis here at Waitrose Head Office, Bracknell.

It will be your responsibility to manage the relationship and investment delivery with our suppliers.

Job Requirements

Your responsibilities will include (not limited to):
- Liaising with the eCommerce Trading and Media Sales teams on requests, acting as the knowledge base for eCommerce.
- Liaising with the eCommerce strategic suppliers on requests and information
- Liaising with the commercial buying team on requests, information and acting as central point for online only offers, pan partnership activity and landing key events across our sites
- Ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and act as a champion for online
- Overseeing process workflow for media into eCommerce teams
- Implementing bespoke media opportunities
- Managing the provision of all reporting requirements to stakeholders and suppliers
- Co-ordinating and inform key stakeholders to assist delivery of media plan
- Continually improving and refine the effectiveness and efficiency of media
- Supporting the inclusion of media across the site and across plans
- Building close and collaborative working relationships across eCommerce, Commercial and Suppliers

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills/experience:
- Proven ability to influence across functional boundaries
- eCommerce experience

Required desirable experience skills and qualifications

Although not essential, the following skills/experience will be advantageous:
- Degree level qualification
- Retail and/or Commercial experience
