Duties & Responsibilities
This is an operational role working in the John Lewis Contact Centre to proactively and effectively manage the complex administration processes within the Customer Orders Department. You will be protecting our brand reputation by providing an outstanding customer experience over the telephone, by email and by letter. The role requires daily contact with our branches and you will need to build positive working relations with colleagues throughout the John Lewis Division.
This role would suit candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a variety of tasks and who enjoy working as part of a team. The role requires working to agreed targets and service levels. This role is subject to the following pre-employment screening: Basic Disclosure.
Required essential experience skills and qualifications
Competent in dealing with multiple systems. Previous experience of the creation of bespoke customer focused emails and letters.

Previous experience in a customer service environment. Experience of creating customer focused emails and letters
