What’s the role about?
The purpose of this role is to deliver the vision of the Nursery and to drive sales, customer service and profit. You will strengthen the nursery and its position within the wider JLP horticulture business providing profitable support and solutions to horticulture projects where possible. You will take day-to-day responsibility for line management of the Nursery Partners, and to be responsible for the nursery in the manager's absence. You will support the operation of the Landscape Department and undertake Duty Manager role for the Farm Shop, Café and Nursery as required with other members of the Management Team. You will deputise for the Manager at communication meetings at any/all levels if required.

What you’ll be doing as Nursery Section Manager
What you’ll have
Full UK Driving Licence
Retail Horticultural Experience at a Supervisory level
Practical management experience of Nursery Business/operations
What else can you bring
Diploma, HNC in Horticulture or equivalent. Certificate in Horticulture, or RHS approved qualifications
