With an experienced production team and extensive manufacturing facilities, offering a full development and manufacturing service for soft furnishing products, including cushions, pillows, duvets, curtains and blinds.


What is the role about?

This is an exciting opportunity to join Herbert Parkinson manufacturing as a Management Office Administrator where you will be providing administrative support for branch operational activities and Partner initiatives. This is a varied role suitable for someone who can work on their own initiative and has excellent communication and organisational skills.

What will you be doing? 

As a Management Office Administrator you will be:

  • Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the branch administration function; providing administrative support, guidance & expertise where necessary

  • Completing Partner time sheets and absence recording

  • Providing support in the recruitment and hiring process

  • Providing support for careers events and involvement with schools and colleges.

  • Supporting with community projects and charities

  • Note taking in meetings

  • Facilitating branch tours and visits

  • Overseeing the smooth running of reception

What you’ll have:

Essential Skills:

  • Previous administrative experience

  • Good working knowledge of IT systems and spreadsheets

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
