Duties & Responsibilities

Protect Partners, customers and secure assets through efficient effective risk management and effective communication within a designated branch. This includes loss or damage to stock, loss of cash, and non compliance to process.

If you've always fancied yourself as a detective, then this role could be for you. With an eye for detail you'll investigate trends and report on key themes, looking into wastage to protect our profit. You'll protect your fellow Partners patrolling the shop floor to deter potential theft and monitoring CCTV.

Job Requirements

As part of the business protection team you'll use your excellent communication skills to educate Partners on risk management and report your findings with accuracy. You'll work on a rota basis, and may be responsible for opening and locking the shop, providing a 24/7 365 rota callout response.
You'll thrive on problem solving and have a passion for reducing wastage, whilst being a reassuring figure for customers and your fellow Partners.

You'll know that we have high standards, therefore, we have to complete various pre-employment checks on successful candidates, so please be patient with us whilst we carry out the checks.
These include basic disclosure / criminal records checks.

Required desirable experience skills and qualifications

Previous experience in loss prevention role. Previous experience in a customer facing environment.
