Job Requirements

As a principal member of the technical team, you will bring a wealth of best practice and industry experience to instil development and operational excellence within the team. With a large investment programme in infrastructure and cyber security, you will bring technical leadership to your technology area on projects and be expected to undertake the more complex and challenging development work. You will be well experienced in ITIL processes, serving as an escalation point for priority incidents out-of-hours. As a minimum you will be expected to have significant experience of IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS)/IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) as well as experience in configuration management, data quality review, licence utilisation review.

You will inspire and mentor more junior or less experienced members of the team and support the vision of world class service delivery by installing a culture of accountability, creativity, continual-improvement and productivity.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

Experience of IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) and/or IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS). Experience of both technologies would be a keen advantage.
Experience in configuration management, data quality review and licence utilisation review.

Required desirable experience skills and qualifications

This role is well suited to a team player with strong communication skills, who is service oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills.
