In the Industrial Placement - Customer Loyalty role you'll increase customer lifetime value and loyalty through targeted data led marketing campaigns.

As the Partnership moves towards a customer centric strategy, customer data is viewed as the key enabler across the group. myWaitrose is central to the 'Deepening Customer Relationships' pillar of the Modern Waitrose strategy. The loyalty scheme has expanded at great pace over the last 5 years across all key metrics including customer membership, sales penetration, basket penetration and scheme benefits. The scheme has challenged the norms of UK loyalty schemes by launching a scheme without points.
