Are you an experienced and passionate Recruiter and/or Talent Sourcer? If you are, we're keen to hear from you, as we have opportunities to join our in-house Head Office Recruitment team. We’ve got an exciting year ahead, recruiting new roles for John Lewis and Waitrose in Financial Services, Technology, Digital and many more business areas across the John Lewis Partnership. This is an exciting time to join the team as our business expands beyond Retail into new opportunities.
If you’re passionate about sourcing the best talent for our business and providing an amazing candidate and hiring manager experience, as well as being key in helping to continuously improve this across the team, then this could be the job for you.

What will you be doing?
You’ll be working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and role requirements to source and deliver a diverse range of candidates. This will include knowing how to attract and source the best talent, using a variety of sourcing techniques and platforms.
You’ll also be pipelining talented candidates for future opportunities and working with your colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach is taken to talent mapping.
You’ll own the the full recruitment life cycle including assessment and selection, offer process and onboarding and campaign review to identify successes and learns

What you'll have:
Extensive attraction and sourcing experience using multiple attraction methods, alongside a passion for sourcing the best talent across a range of niche and specialist roles
Proven experience of managing the full recruitment life cycle
You will need to interact with numerous stakeholders, candidates, clients, suppliers and other Resourcing Partners, so strong communication, relationship building and customer service skills are essential
Ability to organise and prioritise a busy and varied workload
What else could you bring:
Recruitment Experience within financial services, digital, technology and other Head office business areas would be an advantage
You may be required to interview candidates, so experience of screening, and assessing candidates across a variety of roles is desirable
Experience in using data to deliver the best recruitment outcomes and improve the recruitment process
Project Management experience
Strong Professional User experience and expertise in Workday or similar system
Please note that this is a 12 month fixed-term contract.
