36.25 HRS WORKING 5 DAYS PER WEEK INCLUDING 1 IN 3 WEEKEND DAYS AND UP TO ONE IN THREE LATE WEEKS UNTIL 8PM.

Duties & Responsibilities

An operational role working in the John Lewis Contact Centre to proactively and effectively manage the complex administration processes within the Gift List Administration Department. To protect our brand reputation by providing a World Class customer experience over the telephone, by email and by letter. To enhance the Contact Handling Operation’s reputation by building positive working relations with colleagues throughout the John Lewis Division. To add value to the efficient and profitable running of your department in order to achieve your business and personal objectives, along with those of your team and the Operation.

Job Requirements

Working in an inbound, outbound and administration Contact Handling department, the role holder will be responsible for handling all aspects of the Gift List Administration Departments processes and workload. The role holder will be required to undertake a variety of different tasks and must have high levels of stamina to be successful during busy periods. Practical application of Microsoft Excel and Office and competence in navigating systems and processes is required to maximise productivity. The role will suit someone who enjoys variety and working in a fast-paced environment. The role holder will be required to adhere to process, whilst efficiently navigating a variety of systems and must have high levels of stamina to be successful during busy periods. They will be required to maximise all communication media to maintain and up to date knowledge of operational and commercial requirements. This role is subject to the following pre-employment screening: 3 year reference check, Basic Disclosure and 5 year financial probity.
