Description

What’s the role about?

In this role you will make a full contribution to the department in support of achieving business plan objectives. You will demonstrate complete commitment to achieve customer service satisfaction targets by offering care, attention and flexibility whilst maintaining the Partnerships core values, behaviours and principles. You will manage the daily operation of the CT workshop ensuring that vehicles are maintained to the appropriate Partnership standards and downtime is kept within prescribed limits.
 

What will you be doing?

In this role you will ensure that the quality of workmanship produced meets the appropriate standards, and that all Health and Safety measures are in place and adhered to. You will be responsible for the maintenance planning and execution of the fleets allocated to the workshops. You will also be accountable for the budget, compliance, strategy and standard of the JL CDH Regions vehicle fleet.
In this role you will be accountable for the budget, compliance, strategy and standard of the WR Operating Groups vehicle fleet. As well as being responsible for the maintenance planning and execution of the JL CDH Region & WR Operating groups fleets. You will challenge costs on all aspects of vehicle maintenance with all suppliers.

What you'll have

Commercial vehicle engineering qualification (NVQ 3) or equivalent.
Certificate of Professional Competence in road transport operations

A proven back ground in commercial vehicle maintenance experience
Compliance with VOSA standards
Intermediate Excel

What else could you bring?

MIRTE
HNC or above,
LGV C + E driving licence

Advanced Excel and database
Dealer experience
