  • The salary range for this role is set at £35,600 - £50,800.

  • This position is a fixed term contract until 27th January 2024.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Data Management team as a Data Coordinator. Working on and supporting a diverse range of projects and initiatives, the role supports the delivery of large scale data changes within the Partnership. You will develop an understanding of how we use data, actively promote ‘good’ data management, whilst continuously identifying areas for improvement. 

In this role, you will be empowered to independently and proactively support the transformation of data within the Partnership: Supporting the delivery of a diverse range of key projects, the Partnership’s goals and data strategy; completing data analysis to enable the implementation of large-scale data changes with meticulous attention to detail; cleansing and backfilling data to ensure that it is complete, accurate and of the highest quality. 

You will support the implementation of solutions for new business requirements relating to data processes and systems. Supporting the continuous improvement of data management within the Partnership, you will proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality of our data.

Working with Data Management Analysts, you will assist with the delivery of insight-led recommendations to influence decision making; identifying opportunities, clearly and confidently communicating complex information in a way that is easy for others to understand whilst building strong, trusting and collaborative relationships with your colleagues and stakeholders.

Essential skills you’ll need 

- Data knowledge and skills gained through data entry, processing or analysis experience

- Understanding of data

- Awareness or experience of process improvement and CI

- Experience of data processes within a commercial organisation

- Strong organisational and communication skills

Desirable

- Experience of working with databases and large data sets

- Experience of data quality measurement and management

- Data Management experience

- Knowledge of multiple programming languages including SQL, Python, R
