London based with travel to Bracknell and other sites across the business, including CBRE, on a periodic basis

Duties & Responsibilities

Our Property & Development department are looking for a Contract Support Analyst to join the team. You'll be reviewing service data relating to the contract with CBRE to ensure they are meeting service legislation and KPI's, and producing data for managers in the Facilities Management setup. Looking after any changes to the contract and business cases for opportunities in new areas whilst also working closely with the Commercial Analyst to identify any problems that occur or opportunities that exist. You will have experience of working with large data sets to resolve complex issues and lay this out in simple terms to our stakeholders, and third party suppliers.

Job Requirements

Key responsibilities to include;
- Identifying, measuring and monitoring the outputs of the contract against the performance criteria specified in the contract.
- Generates key data for input to the payment mechanism / performance KPIs. Highlights areas for essential corrective action and early preventative action
- Support Senior Contract Manager to identify key areas of risk related to the performance and compliance. Ensuring a focus on key areas of concern
- Support regional FM Delivery Managers to investigate differences between customer feedback and contractual KPI results.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications

- Experience of working with third party suppliers on large contracts
- Experience of negotiating complex strategic contractual changes.
- Experience of working with large amounts of data to draw insight and actions/outputs
- Internal & external senior stakeholder management
- Experience of working client side with an outsourced service provider
- Able to resolve complex issues and then clearly explain to others

Required desirable experience skills and qualifications

- Degree qualified or equivalent, in a relevant discipline
- Experience of UK Facilities Management, Property and Construction
- Experience of managing other estates and FM services provided by service providers under commercial contracts
- Experience and understanding of service contracts including output specifications and performance mechanisms
- Successful track record working within the Retail environment
