At a glance
Working pattern/flexible working - This is a hybrid working role, therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and the Bracknell/ London Head Office. The Compensation team currently meets every 6 weeks in person.
Salary range - The salary range for this role is set at £49,500 - £74,000
Contract type - This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract/Secondment, however there could be potential to offer permanent.
About the role
You will design and build data models to enable the analysis, evaluation and measurement of various activities and proposals using large data sets based on an understanding of Partner and compensation data.
You will conduct investigative modelling and evidence based analysis to support business problems and objectives.
You will engage with key stakeholders (Finance, People Leadership, etc.) to diagnose the Compensation data analytics that are required to drive decision making and action to optimise achievement of strategic outcomes
You will build an understanding of how compensation data is used in the business and what is needed for Executive insight, Leadership operations, Reward & Policy proposition design and any strategic interventions, to support delivery of the Partnership Plan objectives
You will be innovative in your approach to providing the outputs of your analysis through use of technology and automation. Own a compensation data capability roadmap, to iterate and improve the approach to pay modelling in the Partnership

Essential skills you’ll need:
You will be experienced with data analysis, confident working with large datasets and familiar with Workday.
An understanding of financial or pay related data would be an advantage.
You will know how to tell a story through data and analytics in an engaging and professional way.
You will have worked cross-functionally and built productive relationships with stakeholders.
You will have broad knowledge of the employee lifecycle
You will enjoy continuous improvement and seek opportunities to embed this into your work
You will be comfortable working under pressure at times in a fast paced environment as we sometimes respond to urgent requests

Important Information - Application and Interview Process
