Salary - £21,100 - £27,000 (£10.78 - £13.30)
Contract - Permanent
Hours of work - A mix of earlies and lates on a rota basis including weekends. Earliest start time 6:30 Latest finish time 22:00

About the role
Working as part of the Catering team to produce and deliver the hotel food offer taking responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Head and Sous chef. .
You'll be working as part of our friendly team to ensure the efficient day to day running of the kitchen and to assist in providing a consistently high quality dining experience while maintaining sales, reputation and profit of the kitchen as agreed by the Head Chef.
You will be a valued member of our talented Catering team demonstrating a real passion for food and being motivated to invent, produce and present quality dishes
You’ll comply with all food safety policies, procedures and practices as essential when working in catering.
Essential skills you’ll need
We are looking for someone creative with a professional demeanour who must be able to work under pressure, demonstrating flair and a good palette with experience working in a professional kitchen.
