Duties & Responsibilities

We place as much importance on the meals we prepare for our Partners as we do for our customers at our destination restaurants. You'll create fresh food, using seasonal produce that satisfies every Partner's needs. From light snacks, to heartier meals... everything is prepared to the highest standards.
Working as part of our Head Office team to ensure efficient day to day running of the kitchen.
Producing agreed menus to a high standard and providing excellent customer service to all guests.
Being flexible to work in different areas and to adhere to health and safety requirements

Job Requirements

The role of Chef de Partie involves assisting in the day to day running of the kitchen by producing agreed menus to a high standard, supervising the department when required, providing guidance to the Commis chef, controlling stock and minimising wastage.

Required desirable experience skills and qualifications

Experience of working in a professional kitchen
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
City & Guilds 706 1 and 2 or NVQ equivalent
Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2
