What’s the role about?
We have a number of exciting opportunities within our Change Profession team for Change Managers, both in permanent roles and fixed term contracts.
The breadth and complexity of change across the business means that you are likely to be involved in work that ranges from organisational, process, system and behavioural change. There are opportunities to work on some of the biggest and more transformational aspects of the business, and cover a vast array of audiences from Pensions and Legal teams through to Technology investments, Finance, Personnel as well as our Trading and Retail arms.
Your role will be to mitigate the impacts of these changes, with Partner experience and business benefits at front of mind. As a change management practitioner, you will support the Partnership in the landing of change to ensure that the benefits are successfully embedded with minimal disruption. Setting clear intent, direction and guardrails to achieve outcomes, you will empower and support teams to embed change.
With a strong understanding of our business needs, you will be accountable for developing and managing the change plan throughout the project, including managing resources, budgets, progress communications, risks and issues. You will demonstrate agility by being responsive in your planning, whilst designing and delivering tailored change interventions throughout the assignment.
What will you be doing?
You will be assigned to priority outcomes and associated projects/programmes, working in a matrix environment with the wider Change Profession and affected parts of the business. As a Change Manager, you may be required to undertake both a Change Management and Project Management role depending on the size and value of the project. You will role model excellent influencing and coaching skills, supporting leaders to become inspiring champions and advocates of change so that their teams embrace this with a positive and open mind set.

What you'll have
Knowledge and delivery experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools applied to one or more types of change: systems, processes, structures, behaviour/culture
Ability to lead change work streams within agile and/or waterfall projects
Strong stakeholder management skills, including influence and coaching
A strong planning and organising ability.
What else could you bring?
Change management qualification, APMG or equivalent (desirable)
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life-cycle
Flexible and adaptable; resilient and tenacious when working in ambiguous situations
Forward looking with a holistic approach
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
Interview assessments for this role will be between 31st January and 4th February.
