What will I be doing? 


As Branch Manager, you will lead, inspire, and motivate a team of Partners to deliver the objectives set out in our retail operating plan. For this reason you'll need to be exemplary in people management, developing Partners to reach their full potential. You’ll also need to be results driven and have a passion for driving sales and profitability within your store, maximising every sales opportunity and ensuring our customers return to us again and again. 



Other responsibilities as Head of Branch


  • Work collaboratively with other branch leaders and Head Office Partners to identify areas for improvement. 

  • Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand, building a relationship with your local community. 

  • Leading change initiatives as John Lewis looks to the future of retail, adapting to customers shopping needs. 

  • Overall accountability for the operation, including legalities and the health and safety of all Partners, customers and visitors.
