About the role
As a Beauty Therapist you’ll be working in The Serenity Spa as part of a passionate skilled team of professionally-trained therapists, tailoring treatments to make each guest's experience extra special. The Serenity Spa offers a range of massages, skin and holistic therapies and a wide range of other professional beauty and well-being treatments designed to help guests relax and feel revitalised.
You will engage with fellow Partners from around the country and their guests as a brand ambassador. Working to deliver an amazing end to end customer experience you’ll get to interact with clients from reception through to the treatment and guiding clients towards the right products to buy and take home. As an expert you’ll be able to help shape, guide and identify any improvements to the spa making our guests feel welcome and want to come back again and again.
Essential skills you will need
NVQ Level 2 and 3 Beauty (or equivalent).
Excellent customer service skills
Experience of working in a beauty salon or spa
