What’s the role about?
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Advertising Executive to join a vibrant advertising team. You'll be a highly organised and proactive individual with a high degree of collaboration and creativity, providing administrative support to delivery of the annual advertising plan.
The role will be based from Victoria with flexible working patterns.
What will you be doing?
Supporting the planning and development of advertising campaigns in order to build brand awareness and consideration for John Lewis; including briefing and working alongside creative and media agencies through to monitoring and optimising in flight campaigns to report back to the wider business.
Equally, proactively builds relationships with internal channel specialists, in-house content and design teams & commercial counterparts to ensure alignment with wider campaign plans
Effective management of financial processes and budget management - responsible for processing, monitoring & reporting against requisitions, purchase orders & invoices. Provides financial reports on a regular basis in advance of period end to the team
Providing administrative support to the team - key contact for the facilitation of product samples for shoots across all departments, organising meetings & circulating actions, maintaining and updating critical paths, post campaign analysis reviews etc.
Compile weekly & seasonal competitor advertising reviews and share with interested parties
What you'll have
Creative and Media experience

Marketing/Business Degree or equivalent
Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma
Retail experience or experience working in a large organisation
