Hours of work 06:00 - 17:00 Monday to Saturday Our Drivers work 4 days out of 6 (Monday - Saturday) which means you’ll enjoy 3 days off each week to maintain a healthy work/life balance. To adhere to current legislation and Partnership policy on compliance whilst meeting Health and Safety legislation within your daily tasks.
This role requires a high degree of technical competence and a desire to develop performance for oneself, colleagues and the business. Technicians should openly demonstrate a passion for delivering excellence in customer experience, safe and efficient driving and be motivated to carry out their role following legal and best practice requirements.
Acting as an ambassador for the John Lewis brand, they are focussed on delivering and surpassing the exemplary service expected of us. Technicians should also accurately adhere to the business systems and processes to minimise costs.
Takes responsibility for own learning and self development and plays an active role in department activity.
Demonstrates a flexible and positive approach to tasks and uses skills and knowledge to support coach, train and assess. Works in other areas of the Customer Delivery operation as requested by Management.

Previous experience driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle Strong verbal communication skills both over the phone and face to faceAble to cope with the physical requirements of the role
