Our Replenishment (Stock Management) teams ensure excellent product availability, as well as stock and pricing accuracy.
Team members will be dealing with price changes, ticketing and any retail support issues. The replenishment team is wholly responsible for availability across the shop floor, ensuring our customers can buy the products they want. Products need to be replenished daily to keep up with the needs of our customers, and this is where our replenishment team is vital to every stores’ success and high quality customer service.
Our Replenishment Partners need to be computer literate in order to use our stock management systems, with the ability to question through your working day. You’ll need to be able to work well both as part of the team and on your own – whilst being approachable for customers. Replenishment roles are integral to every single John Lewis store, as you will keep items in-store and on shelves as well as keeping our customers happy.
