We know that it takes time to adjust, so we’ll provide every opportunity to get to know the business. On joining, you’ll become a Branch Manager Trainee (BMT), learning about our culture and the difference in how we run our branches. Several off-the-job training courses will also bring you closer to your first appointment as a Branch manager.
