I joined the Partnership because I had experienced John Lewis as a customer and knew it would be great place to work due to the excellent standards of service and products on sale. I just had a good feeling about the place and wasn’t disappointed.
The training I’ve received over the years has never been anything less than first class. Not only do you receive technical training on the systems within your department, but also personal development training to help you further your own career.
