Based within Head Office, our Retail Operations team works closely with branches to shape the way in which customer services are delivered.
As well as researching and recommending Waitrose and John Lewis customer service strategies, our team is instrumental in developing new store formats and shaping the way in which goods and services are provided.
Together with our Visual Merchandising teams, we contribute to space-planning and buying so that customers have the same great shopping experience in all of our stores.
Roles include Project Managers, Administrators, Implementers, Selling Development Managers, Designers and Business Managers.
