Over the next three years we will fully integrate our award-winning multi-channel customer service offering – giving each customer a seamless, high-quality experience however they choose to contact us. Technology has been identified and supported at Board level as the single most important driver of our already impressive business growth – in the UK and internationally.
Investment and growth
The business's investment in IT has increased three-fold in the last few years. The team is 280-strong at present, and we are now looking to boost this significantly in a number of key areas.
Integrating every channel
We aim to be thought leaders in IT-enabled retail on a global basis, and we believe that this strategic programme of change will cement that reputation. We are developing a culture of innovation, with leading-edge project delivery methodologies and tools in use every day. From click and collect, to kiosks and the use of iPads in store, we've already begun to integrate our channels. The ongoing challenge is to develop a strategy that ensures that everything is joined up – and that we recognise our customers, whether they contact us online, in store, via our call centre, on a mobile app, or through facebook or twitter.

We need to put in effective, integrated customer-facing platforms, back office systems and databases that enable us to see any customer, making any order in any channel. Join us, and you'll be involved in this exciting new strategy. Depending on your background, there will be specific opportunities across our broader systems, including Supply Chain & Distribution, Management Information/Datawarehouse, Buying and Merchandising, Customer Relationship Management, e-Commerce and Branch Selling.

Our business is growing – both on the high street and online. Our online results recently hit 25% of sales, with 50,000 orders on our busiest day.
