One of the ways we reward our Partners for their hard work and dedication is to offer them the opportunity to stay at one of five stunning holiday centres around the UK, at a subsidised rate.
Exclusively for Partners with at least three months’ service, the centres are located in some of Britain's most beautiful areas:
- Ambleside Park Hotel in the Lake District
- Brownsea Castle in Poole Harbour, Dorset
- Odney Club in Berkshire, near our Winter Hill Golf Club
- Leckford Lodges and Leckford Abbas in Hampshire
- The Bala Lake Hotel & Activity Base, Snowdonia National Park
Each centre offers its own individual style and facilities both indoors and out. Partners and their friends and families can enjoy stunning surroundings and a range of leisure activities. Everything, in fact, they need for a fantastic yet inexpensive holiday!

That’s why the people we employ at our residential centres are some of the finest professionals in the hospitality industry.
We offer a full spectrum of job opportunities within our centres, from house keeping to maintenance to management roles.
Within our Head Offices, we also offer a wide range of catering opportunities, from Catering Assistants to Chefs, to provide an extensive choice of food and refreshments for the Partners who work in our three Head Office locations.
