In addition to invaluable on-the-job experience, the scheme is supported by a range of formal training courses and seminars that will teach you a range of crucial skills including leadership, communication and performance management, as well as sales and business results analysis.
You can also look forward to individual coaching and mentoring support, as well as a centrally organised programme of events including residential courses that bring all of our graduates together, enabling you to share your experiences and learn from those going through the same graduate programme as you.
