We trust our graduate trainees will develop to take on a crucial role in the future. So whilst we look for a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline for our Head Office schemes, being a well-rounded, enthusiastic and driven individual is just as important – someone who can plan for the success of our business, work at pace and get the best out of those around them.
