Salary

Assessment Days
The online application form is in two stages, which will be carefully screened. We aim to get back to you within 2 - 3 weeks of completing these two stages however there will be occasions where we may take longer. If this is the case, we will let you know via email.
If you are successful at the application stage, you will be invited to a group assessment centre that will take place in one of our branches. Dates for assessments centres are yet to be confirmed, but they will be held throughout the year.
NB: if you show potential at an assessment centre, but not to the level we are looking for in our graduate trainees, you may be invited to join a local management training scheme. Please click here for more information. Trainees on this scheme are based in one branch for their training and are not expected to develop as quickly.
Please Note: we can only accept one application per person for our 2009 graduate scheme. Any duplicate applications for the same scheme will be rejected. If you are unsuccessful for the 2009 scheme you are welcome to apply for the 2010 scheme.
