Our London headquarters is split between Victoria, which supports the Partnership’s corporate organisation and John Lewis Department Stores, and Chelsea, which is the home of John Lewis Direct, our online shopping arm.

Our London headquarters keeps our department stores retail operations running efficiently. It is key to delivering our customer promise of choice, value and service. It is also responsible for co-ordinating and protecting our unique system of shared ownership.

Please note our Head Office recruitment team only deal with vacancies at Head Office - applicants looking for work in stores (e.g. selling assistants, seasonal temp. etc.) should contact the store they wish to work in directly as they deal with their own recruitment.
