Waitrose Kenilworth

Waitrose Kenilworth

At Waitrose we don’t just source award-winning products – we take the time to choose the best people too. And nowhere will that be more apparent than at our brand new Kenilworth store, due to open in July.

We’re recruiting now for exceptional people to join us and become experts themselves. While you won’t necessarily have retail experience, you will need a strong focus on customer service and a love of good food.  You will enjoy working with others and communicating with customers to share your knowledge.  Excellent training will be provided to support you as you embark on your new career with us.

When you join us you’ll be a Partner in our business – sharing in the profits, having a ‘say’ in how the new branch is run and enjoying some fantastic benefits.
These include discounts in Waitrose and John Lewis department stores, pension scheme, discounts on social and leisure activities, subsidised dining facilities and five weeks’ holiday after three years’ service.

If you think you have what it takes to be part of our team at Kenilworth, please select one of the opportunities listed below and click to apply online now.
